Quality Documentation

All our fabricated products can be accompanied by a full quality pack to ensure that you have documentation to support certification of the product for the regulatory environment you operate within.

We operate full materials traceability and provide certificates of conformance within the documentation pack. We are used to meeting the strict requirements of the food, pharmaceutical and oil and gas industries.

We also offer metrology services on site for PMI (positive material identification) as well as validation and re-validation of plant.

Quality Systems

Our established policy is that of total commitment to Quality Assurance.

A formal quality system to EN ISO 9001 forms the basis for the management of quality. We are also accredited to CE Mark our work to BS EN 1090-1 with execution class 2 for structural stainless steel .

Coded Welding Approvals

We work to the following coded welding approvals:
