Complete Engineering Capability
From initial design support through to fabrication, inspection and site installation, White Bros provides fully integrated engineering solutions. Our workshop and site teams work as one coordinated unit, ensuring control from material receipt through manufacture to final delivery.
We fabricate vessels, tanks and structural fabrications, produce coded and hygienic pipework systems, assemble process skids and modules, and deliver responsive installation and shutdown services. Every project is supported by structured quality control and documented verification.
Quality Built Into Every Stage
Quality at White Bros is embedded into our systems, not added at the end. Our operations are certified to ISO 9001, with welding activities governed by ISO 3834 to ensure procedure control, qualified personnel and consistent inspection standards.
Materials are fully traceable throughout manufacture. Inspection and test plans are defined at project outset and followed rigorously. Surface finishes are verified, welds are recorded and documented, and complete quality packs are supplied where required.
Our in-house Positive Material Identification capability, using XRF analysis, allows rapid, non-destructive verification of alloy composition before, during and after fabrication. This reduces risk, prevents material mix-ups and supports regulated and safety-critical environments with confidence.

To maintain precision and efficiency, we continually invest in advanced manufacturing technology. Our LightWELD XC laser welding system delivers low-distortion, high-accuracy welds with exceptional consistency. The Amada EML 3610 NT laser punch combination system strengthens our sheet metal capability, combining speed, flexibility and accuracy in a single platform.
Integrated Radan CAD/CAM software connects design directly to production, improving material optimisation and reducing lead times. Combined with in-house XRF material verification, this technology ensures that every component is manufactured exactly as specified.
